The gîte or cottage (classified Meublé de tourisme 4*) is located on the ground floor of a building, once used for producing wine. It has been sympathetically and comfortably restored and renovated and sleeps up to 5 guests.

The property has a private entrance. Hall with access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet and walk-in shower; fully equipped kitchen including electric cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc. A comfortable living area with sitting area around the fireplace, dining table and TV. The master bedroom (with a 1m60 bed) is spacious and includes an on-suite toilet and access to a private terrace. The children's room has bunk beds and a pull-out bed. The terrace overlooks the garden and hills and is equipped with outdoor dining and a barbecue.

Directly opposite the cottage is a playground with a trampoline and a square to enjoy a game of "jeu de boules".

All bed linen and towels are provided, with the exclusion of pool towels.

The pool is always available and shared with the guests of our bed and breakfast.

All amenities (doctor, pharmacy, grocery, bakery, butcher, bank, restaurant are within 3.5 km. There are many local markets in the surrounding villages.

Smoking in the cottage is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided for those who wish to smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed.
